On Rational Use of Sable Resources in Russian Federation

Abstract
The analysis of main problems obstructed sable use in Russia was conducted. Actual need for regulatory measures to stop the illegal fur trade is revealed. Some procedures for enhancing the sable resource use are proposed: there are renovating the system of resource monitoring, fine-tuning the controlling system for resource usage and ordering all operations on the sable fur market until the export trade.
