Оптимизация параметров культивирования консорциума микроорганизмов – деструкторов кератина в биотехнологических целях
В ходе исследований установлены оптимальные параметры культивирования микробного консорциума для утилизации пухо-перьевого сырья в сельскохозяйственное удобрение: температурный оптимум – 38±2 °С, продолжительность культивирования – 22±1 ч, число оборотов мешалки – 90±2 об/мин, показатель pH – 7, объём подачи воздуха при аэрации – 1,132 дм3/мин.
