Analysis of the Structure and Characteristics of the Combination of Diversity of Species Habitat Associations of Vaginal Lactobacilli

Abstract
With the help of PCR diagnostics identified on Lactobacillus species vegetating in the vaginal biotope women with inflammatory diseases of the lower floor of the genital tract. Evaluation of Raman Diversity held on 5 and species. Found the prevalence of two types of the five defined – L. plantarum and L. crispatus. Developed quantitative evaluation parameters (coefficients) combination of diversity of species association. On the basis of the proposed coefficients to estimate the degree of compatibility of the pair of species identified the dominant pair of species of lactobacilli.
