Abstract
The database of needle-chewing insects of the Baikalian Siberia has been integrated into the geoportal environment. The hardware-software tools have been created to supplement data to this database and to change her structure in the geoportal environment. At the same time, confidentiality of the identification data and the transmitted information is kept.
