For the first time the list of species of Cyanoprokaryota of terrestrial habitats of Sokhondinsky Reserve (Zabaykalsky region) is provided. Studied species developing on the ground, stony and plant (bryophytes, tree trunks) substrates. Identified 56 species and intraspecific taxa of Cyanoprokaryota of the 4 orders, 12 families, 21 genus. Variety of different types and forms of two orders: Oscillatoriales (40,4 % of the total) and Nostocales (36,8 %). Few Stigonematales (12,3 %) and Chroococcales 6 (10,5 %). The leading families Pseudanabaenaceae (12 species), Nostocaceae (11), Phormidiaceae (10) and Stigonemataceae (6). Saturation level of species and varieties in their above average – 5. The average level of saturation species and intraspecific taxa in labor and low of 2,7. Only seven of the 21 genera are diverse representatives: Nostoc (10 species), Leptolyngbya (8), Phormidium, Stigonema (for 6), Calothrix (4), Tolypothrix (3) and Jaaginema (3).
