Abstract
In the review the basic directions of modern physical and chemical ecology are considered: biophysical, biochemical and molecular ecology. Main principles of the system analysis for ecology are presented types of ekologo-biochemical interactions and function ecological chemomediators in biosphere are analysed the role of freeradical oxidations in processes chemical autoregulation of bio- and ecosystems is given.
