The significance of biophysics in the development of higher biological and ecological education

Abstract
The given work substantiates the importance of biophysics in the questions of solving the problem of fundamentality and specialization of higher education. The basic tasks of biophysics are considered, mathematical models and their solution with the account of the authors' papers, as well as the topics are pointed out which could be elaborated by the students of biology and ecology, forming a new type of thinking that is directed to innovational reforms.
