In article are presented the model of population dynamics under influence of the parasites that transmitted mainly from mother to offspring and make feminization of mails. There is impotent question about stability of similar system when parasites are represented of two and many different species. On the basis on results of modeling we make the conclusion that stability of system host – parasite are exist after determined combinations of probabilities of change of sex of male and influences of the parasite on vitality of organisms.
