Visual supervisions of grounds of Baikal Lake and studying of inhabiting oligochaetes by means of “Mir-1” bathyscaphe

Abstract
Visual supervisions and sampling of grounds in Chivirkuy gulf throat (Lake Baikal) by means of deep-water manned devices “Mir” are conducted. 9 oligochaet species in 5 ground samples and their spatial distribution to depths 567 – 50 m depending on type of a ground and depth have been certain. The prospective arrangement of deep-water species Lamprodrilus bithyus to silty grounds according to morphology of the chaetal apparatus is confirmed.
