The annotated list of species of lignivorous and parasitic fungi of the Olyokma River basin is presented. On the territory of the nature reserve «Olyokminsky» and adjacent sites are marked 14 species of Ascomycota, 26 species of Basidiomycota, 1 species of Deuteromyсota. Most of them are quite common in the boreal zone of Siberia, but the species: Ascocalyx abietis Naumov, Cytidia salicina (Fr.) Burt, Delphinella balsamea (Waterman) Muller ex v. Arx et Muller, Herpotrichia jniperi (Duby) Petz., Lachnellula pini (Brunch.) Dennis, L. calyciformis (Willd ex Fr.) Dharne, Lirula nervisequa (DC.) Darker, Lophodermium conigenum (Brunaud) Hilitzer, L. macrosporium (Hart.) Rehm., Nectria cucurbitula (Tode) Fr., Rhytisma salicilum Rhm., Aleurodiscus amorfus (Pers. ex Purt.) Schroter, Calyptospora goeppertiana J. G. Kuehn. Herpotrichia jniperi (Duby) Petz., Melampsorella caryophyllacearum Schroter, Rhizosphera pini (Corda) Maubl. are first established for the Republic of Sakha-Yakutia. For the first time in Eastern Siberia is marked Resupinatus applicatus (Fr.) S. F. Gray.
