Changes in Free Circulating Mitochondrial DNA Levels in Blood after the Left Coronary Artery in Experiment

Abstract
The dynamics of free circulating mtDNA levels in blood after ligation of the left coronary artery in experiment were studied. This parameter was shown to decrease 24 hours after ligation. After 48 and 72 hours, the levels of free circulating mtDNA in blood increased to reach control values. On the whole, the changes in mtDNA levels in blood revealed in this experiments during acute ischemia deserve studying of the mechanisms underlying the changes that will evaluate its potential use for diagnostic.
