Epidemiological role of the Dermacentor sp. and Haemaphysalis sp. ticks in Cisbaykalian territory (East Siberia, Russia)

Abstract
In 2007–2011 the total of 2537 people had complained on the bites of ticks belonging to the genus Dermacentor and genus Haemaphysalis in the natural landscapes of Irkutsk region. This paper presents the results of epidemiological and parasitological analysis of those 2537 cases.
