Identification of potential recombination events in nucleotide sequences of tick-borne encephalitis virus by computer software

Abstract
A number of computer methods for recombination detection are characterized. The presence of recombination at a tick-born encephalitis virus is shown and an estimation of applicability of various methods to this object is made.
