Comprehensive study of pedoecological potential was conducted in order to identify priorities for sustainable development of landscapes of Angara-Kaya watershed in Irkutsk. It has been shown that both biodiversity and pedoecological potential of landscapes of the Kayskaya mountain are in a balanced status. The landscapes generally characterized by low levels of pedoecological potential. Preventive measures are needed to control recreational and industrial loads and to use remediation and greening technologies.
