In the south of Primorsky Territory in three biotopes (meadows and fields, mixed coniferous and deciduous forests, secondary oak forests) by the census results in 1981–2010 four species of Ixodidae ticks are revealed: Ixodes persulcatus, Haemaphysalis concinna, H. japonica, Dermacentor silvarum. The changes of number of I. persulcatus, H. concinna, H. japonica are difficultly cyclic. Presumably in 2012–2013 the abundance of these species will reach a maximum, that can be accompanied by deterioration of epidemiological situation in natural foci of tick-borne infections. The number D. silvarum was low and remain the same in the future, except for small sites used for pasture cattle.
