Technology dewatered sediment treatment facilities process of freezing and thawing is described. This technology worked out the spent under production conditions of the wood-processing plant in Bratsk city. High efficiency, environmental friendliness, simplicity, accessibility emphasized in the work. This can be used for the remediation of sludge collectors of pulp mills in Siberia, including the Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill. Furthermore, it is discussed in the case of the profitability of dry sludge as fertilizer or biofuel. An indispensable condition for the implementation of this technology, as, indeed, and the vast majority of others, is the need to divert water from the tailings pond, followed by purification of the wastewater treatment facilities of the enterprise.
