Energy Supply of the Metabolic Processes in the Myocardium under Stress and Adrenal Cell Therapy

Abstract
We studied the effect of xenogeneic neonatal cardiac cells on the parameters of energy metabolism in rat heart tissue damaged by adrenaline. Have found that cell transplantation facilitated maintenance and early restoration of power supply of metabolic processes in cardiac tissue, namely less depletion, the use of normalization and synthesis of adenine nucleotides (ATP, ADP) and creatine phosphate.
